Lookin' good, Hooky. Never seen a paint kit, though. I'm a MS Paint sort of graphics hack. Haven't been doing much hobby stuff this year; had to turn the flame thrower on the marxist infestation eating our civilization - a large chore! Fortunately, it is also a lucrative task; the market for conservative-libertarian scribbling has exploded as the leftoids lost the initiative and the soyboys/mooks/trigglypuffs made themselves such easy ( large, slow, dumb ) targets. Good times, and street fightin', too. :pirate: All the projects are stashed on BU drives. can't say when I'll feel the urge for passive recreating. Some day, once these pussy-hatted dorks have been chipped down to size.

This works really well for my purposes. It has a simple measurement tool and as an added bonus it shows AI ships so you can get the base heading of the carrier when you want to set up your HSI for approach. Thanks for the heads up on this

I'm Afraid not Cees, at least I don't know of one. These were made using the Original textures underneath as a basis and working from there. Its an awkward way of working (with lots of trial, error and swearing involved) but I'm reasonably pleased with the results, I used the same Technique for the paints I made for the FS9 version years ago. I'm sorry I can't be of more help. Hooky

Hello,me too. all the expansion packs are marked for FSX and P3D because they work in both FSX and P3D, unlike the base packs which are tied to the simulator they were made for. Adopting a policy of not buying from any aircraft developer because they charge for an update to P3D v4 is to rule out some of the best aircraft available from use in P3D v4 and could be seen as cutting off a nose to spite a face. I am a fan of Captain Sim aircraft models and own a copy of them all but I am also aware that their entire FSX gauge system is incompatible with P3D v4 and will require a huge amount of redevelopment to make compatible.

I beg to differ. FSX (all versions) and P3D (all versions up to v3.x) are 32 bit. P3Dv4.x is 64 bit. A whole new sim really. I have no problem with devs charging for a different sim. And most of them do so. Just my two cents worth of course. Priller

Well - now I know what the problem is. Did they every offer a previous P3Dv4 version? My 737ADV (not the base model) is listed as being FSX and P3D. This is really poor. Bill

That clue was worth gold! It is the Buchanan BAC-204 Mosquito alias Ozzie Mozzie currently registered as VH-MOS and VH-OZE before.

Yes, Nanni and Nibbio have good effects, like the torpedo wakes, flak splash, debris and oil slicks, crash explosion et al. I use different effects for different theatres for example, you wouldn't want the flak splash effect for an attack on an airbase or factory in a European install. You'd probably want the flak dust effect instead. Often, Maskrider (I too) uses the LE_Water_Tower_02 on our scenery and for targets, positioned as fuel tanks. I changed the dp to utilize Ghost Pony's Napalm effect as the visual for their destruction (see screenshot below). Others That I use are: Stall buffet sounds, torp explosion, LWD_clouds, LWD_moon, splashes and bldg explosion.
