The modeling looks good for such a limited developer. I wonder where they bought it, and how accurate the flight dynamics are... https://captainsim.net/products/m712/m717/

Hi Papi; Looks like the Virtual French airforce site has changed completely ;I can no longer log in :( I don't know if it would be worth asking this person https://claude-roure.webnode.fr/flight-simulator/ or on the Pilote Virtuel forum

Hallo Huub, my joy of flightsimming again was of short time. Also after some nice helicopter flights my controls are going crazy again! And as same as on my "normal" installation with joystick and rudder pedals the rudder controls via the rc transmitter are going completely eratic. When I make a new calibration on the rc model simulator things come to go right and than on flightsim the rudder control gets crazy again. I wonder if it comes from my flightsim or my pc Perhaps someone else had these bad experiances and know what happens. good evening to you

DX12 is quite good :) it's strange that it creates less CPU Temp than running with DX11 on same settings

Good evening Pete, thank you, but on my knowledge x-plane and FS2004 use completely othe geographic system. And I m sure that even as a scenery is structured it be also not compatible but thanks again. I hoped that some french flightsimmers here does have something for me ttfn Michael

A setback: my install crashed Tuesday evening... :banghead:but fortunately I had just completed a full backup last Friday. :a1310: I was i the process of building my next mission: "On 23 January 1943, Saratoga launched 18 F4Fs of VF-3, 24 SBDs of VB-3 and VS-3, and 17 TBFs of VT-3 for Henderson Field, retaining 16 F4Fs and 15 SBDs for self-defense. The next day they attacked the Japanese airfield at Vila, Solomon Islands after it had been bombarded by 4 Allied light cruisers. The aircraft returned to the carrier without loss later that afternoon." I was trying to switch from UT's Solomon Islands (87 Days) scenery to Solomons_Airbases_43late, so I would have the airfields at Vila and later, Buka. Both MB, when I try to load a mission and Free Flight et al crashed. So I quickly...

I went ahead and bought the Spitfire package from just flight. Its a nice package, although the prop blades seem to be oversized. Need to fly them more :) Sean

Yes - good idea Tom. I did end up trying the TV out again over the really nice payware Northern Sky Studios PHOG, as well as the nice freeware KSJC scenery using the default glass cockpit Baron with the same results. There just doesn't seem to be a hit switching from 1440p to 2160p, at least on my Sony OLED. I'm out of town until Sat morning, so I'll check out the weather issue when I get back.

Yes, red is the metallic channel; with your set up green should be white (no AO) and blue should be black. DaveQ

Hallo Pete, I tried to find the site you indicated me - hummm I just found a site of french virtual air force. You must be memeber and to be accepted there is a complete procedure with a controlled flight and and (typical french burotysme) worse than to get to be a member of a real aero club. So can you pleasegive me please give me more indications of how to get the scenery for FS2004? Yours Michael Vader
