The race will have an interesting follow-up. I saw the invitation from the stewards for the Ferrari drivers. So this might have consequences for Vettel as he already has quite some penalty points on his licence (Might be old news, as the invitation was right after the race, but I haven't seen any outcome.) And yesterday I was reading that the FIA will investigate the fuel system of the Ferrari engines. From what I understood they have secured the fuel systems from Ferrari, Alfa-Romeo and Haas, most likely to check the differences of these systems. From what I have been reading, I understand that Alexander Albon's driving style is much closer to the way Max Verstappen drives the Red Bull (compared with Pierre Gasly). Which doesn't say much about the qualities of Pierre Gasly. YOu see a...

Thanks! I'm hoping to launch the F-18s as a product either late this year or early next year - if it does well, many more built to the same standard and mid-level of complexity will follow! :) Just finished getting the Hornets' catapult bars working for carrier ops - a few piccies of the "F" model around the carrier for you. External model is pretty much complete now, work on the virtual cockpit starts next week.

Not much I can add to this for some time. Had to rebuild the hard drive and FSX due lightning strike. Take me a while to catch up again. Still following this with interest but sundry wip LG's went up in smoke. Will add what I can when I can. XPELEKIS - Nice find. I will check it out seeming I am doing a rebuild. Thanks.

Bazzar, still looking forward to its release. A venerable and much overlooked British fighter classic. Workhorse of the Battle of Britain and the Desert Campaign.

We probably found the problem and it happens only on FSX/FSX:SE and for the short nose model. We just need a couple of days to test and create a patch. Jérôme

It's been said often that the Toro Rosso is an easier car and more forgiving car to drive compared to the Red Bull - so nope, I'm not reconsidering at all :mixed-smiley-010:

Hello fellow tanker fans. I'm currently working on repaints for Greg Pepper's CV-580 air tanker that's been updated for use in FSX/P3D not long ago (at least I don't think it was anyway). I wasn't quite sure where to put this thread, but figured here was alright considering the model? I've come over from our page on Simulated Air Tanker Operations to start posting and uploading stuff here on SOH. I've got a number of past repaints that will be coming to SOH, but the 580s will be the first. I'm working on Conair and Saskatchewan repaints. I look forward to bringing more stuff on over!:US-flag: I'm figuring these will be done by this weekend. Baring some major change that comes up.

Not yet, but we're working on it. BTW - which version of the sim did you take those screenshots from? Seems you were able to get the weapons to display.

Last December I purchased the Captain Sim Boeing 757 and had no success installing it. I'll try again with the info link in #2 post. Thanks. Pete.

Of course. :very_drunk: The installation went fine. The installer found the FSXA install. All is fine except that the Tacpack weapons are not loading for the short nose model. Fuel tanks and empty pylons are showing. There are no display problems with the long nose model. After my report to SMS, I did a full uninstall - downloaded a fresh installer - and reinstalled the aircraft, and the issue persists. My guess is that there is something quirky with the short nose model for the FSX install. SMS is looking into the problem. :encouragement:

Very strange, does it have to be active? I installed it in V4.5 when it first came out and have not noticed anything unusual.

I was burned by Capt. Sim on a C-130 purchase some years ago. When I asked for a refund because there was no success in lnstalling the aircraft they informed me that they have a no refund or credit policy. They also did not have a help desk. My purchase was a virtual donation. Many like complaints about this company and particularly this C-130 aircraft can be found on the web. Buyer beware.

Richard, I very much appreciate the feedback and the pictures. I did not have too much to work off of so I am glad for the extra info. You should not delete your work! With the material you have I'd think your version of A709 would be much nicer, so please continue. Your other paints are marvelous. Don't delete any of them. Due to real world work I am often pressed for time so I may not get back to making revisions for some time. We can never have too many paints. Variety is the spice of life! Mike
