Sounds like a non-electrician/E-Tech. I just explain to them that it's magic. 2 kinds, Advanced Magic, and Friggen (you get the idea) Magic. Still, a recruit NEVER argued/back-talked a Drill Instructor. Not more than once anyway! :encouragement: Just say "SIR, YES SIR!" and go on and do what you're told. It backfires it's on them, whether they admit (they wouldn't) it, or not. Just part-n-parcel of being a Marine Recruit, below the lowest fecal matter, etc etc. My Senior did, once, near graduation, during an Oral Health class, tell me that he was going remove his cover, and turn around, and he expected a little bird to S%^& a cigarette in his cover. It did, too! :biggrin-new: Amazing, what those little birds could do... After graduation, you can always pull the "with all due...

Hi John, I had a similar problem with Aspelare airfield in Belgium. The only way I could fix it was to make an additional flatten for its scenery layer in the scenery.cfg file. This is not the ideal solution but it worked. I would like to have known what was causing the problem in the first place. Kevin

Pat, we never referred to them as "DI" even in private. God help the recruit who failed to address the Senior Drill Instructor as "Senior Drill Instructor" as well. Back in 1967 every DI had the CIB after multiple tours in 'Nam, and they were a proud and scary bunch of guys! :redfire: I did notice that after the first month and thereafter that they seemed to not yell nearly as much. During the last two weeks they even softened up enough to almost resemble normal humans. One day I was on restricted duty after sick call that morning (mild symptoms of flu) so I was instructed to remain in barracks and sweep, wax and buff the floors. When the platoon returned later that afternoon, I was sitting on the floor trying to get the buffer running again. It had suddenly stopped and refused...

Maskrider I configured the mk8-t to use Baldy's US Aerial Mine rather than the RAF Mine, just to reflect the likelihood of US ordnance being used in the SWPTO rather than UK pattern ordnance. You can get it here: Baldy Aerial Mine: The zip has been updated to include the link in the readme.

As a young A2C, I was part of the ground crew on this very aircraft at Dover AFB, (1966-1968) 436th MAC, 617th OMS. She was natural metal finish at that time. A wonderful plane and we were very proud of her and her record. I have flown on her many times. Sgt. Raymond Tobey, (a great guy), was our Crew Chief. Thanks for the memories. Hi! I thought it would be time to introduce my current Chervrolet project. First, a big thank you to Manfred Jahn and Rob Barendregt for the excellent support. Now the Chevrolet has built much more technology than I would have ever wished for. Starting with the driving dynamics and the automatic transmission from Rob, up to animation codes, WindshildRainEffect and functioning brake lights based on the LUA Script Code from Manfred. It's a lot of fun to learn from the two and get support! What has happened so far ... First, the simple things had to be introduced to the Chevrolet: animations of the doors etc as well as a driver:
