So I'm ready to start another historical campaign and have two in mind. I'd like to see if you guys have a preference of one over the other. The first is for a WWI campaign Eddie Rickenbacker "Fighting the Flying Circus" flying the Nieuport 28 and the Spad XIII against the wily Hun's fighters, reconn, balloons and trench strafing during the last 6 months of the war. The second is a WWII campaign for VMF 323 Death Rattlers over Okinawa flying the F4U1-D against the IJAAF and IJNAF fighters, bombers and kamikazes as well as ground support for the Marines fighting to take the island. Looking forward to your responses guys.

The 82nd Fighter Group in WWII uploaded This historical 120 mission campaign follows the 82nd Fighter Group's exploits for all its 30 months in combat, from its first mission on Dec. 23, 1942 through its last operational mission on May 2, 1945. I finally completed and upgraded the development of the previous 12th Air Force 82nd Fighter Group Campaign. It now has updated models and new missions for the original 12th Air Force campaign and has been expanded with 61 additional missions to continue on after November 1943 when it was transferred to the 15th Air Force. This is a comprehensive historical campaign for Microsoft Flight Simulator 2. It is being presented as a three part download because of the file size. The 82nd Fighter Group was by any standard one of the most successful...

The NDA was partially lifted to 3rd party developers so that they can begin to promote the content they are currently working on developing for Microsoft Flight Simulator. These are some of the addons previewed by developers I've seen thus-far, being developed for MSFS: Indiafoxtecho (Dino Cattaneo) Rutan Long-EZ: Big Tire Productions Kitfox: (Developer Steven Pearce is also working on a Phenom 300E for MSFS.)

Hello, The Loire 210 is available in version V1. It is part of a larger project including the cruiser "Emile Bertin". You can download it as usual from the "RoyaleFrenchNavy" site here: It is a model started a few years ago. He had been forgotten. Finally, it is now complete. It was created for FSX, but at the cost of using 64-bit gauges (included), it works fine on 64-bit P3D. An English documentation is available with maybe some syntactic errors since it is not my native language.

I have not been able to find certain areas that control the color of the smaller areas (passenger step, pitot tube, ADF antenna, etc.). Do you have anything from the original model that shows the areas those colors come from? Norse-2020-aug-7-001 by Ed Wells, on Flickr

:devilish: Hehe! Were Back. Hey there, I sure don't know what the heck happened, but we are off again on another adventure, but Old Dudley and I were sure hopping to get some R/R on some nice beach watching all the young ladies and of course drinking some of the local brew.:very_drunk: Shucks, we didn't even clear security on our flight when we were pulled out of the line by the airport police, and were told that we would not going to some nice Beach. Hehe, we were handed new tickets that would take us to Dublin, Ireland of all places. Now when arrived in Ireland the head Guru off our travel agents explained the new junket. Now, here is the kicker, we are to fly Jets with some type of cargo to somewhere in the Middle East! This is just great, they are known to shoot folks down...

All, Truth in advertising: I have not applied either P3D V5 "hotfix" I recognize some of the problems I complain about may be mitigated by that patch, and therefore self-inflicted. I was an "early adapter" who bought P3D V5 (silly me). I was initially unimpressed with the havoc it played on textures, and in particular how dark the cockpits were. PBR seems like a colossal PITA in return for what you get frankly, so I figured my repaint days were over. ORBX scenery did it's usual great job of upgrading the surroundings, but V5 has broken many airplanes. Many major developers, in an apparent combination of enthusiasm for the "latest and greatest" MSFS 2020, focus on their military contracts that put food on the table, as well as their (well founded, I might add) concern for...

Just wondering if anyone knows if this airbase in Oxford, England has been made for FS9, circa 1940s. My interest was peaked by watching this youtube video.

I installed the lates BoF campaign over the weekend. Unfortunately there was a CTD during the start process and I discovered the large number of objects as a reason. The BoF package contains 1.410 elements, adding the default objects and the required Lindsay Watt libraries there seems that the critical threshold has been exceeded. Is there any possibility to reduce/limit the number of objects for the package? Thanks for any hint Norbert

Anyone else flying this airplane that has a visible prop blur working? Really nice airplane for the age but it has no prop blur. Also, the Model folder has 4 mdl's, what are the "slow & still" mdl's for?

Been playing around with this nifty little AC. The original FS9 model by Milton Shupe, was converted to CFS2 by Bearcat241 back in 2007. The version I am messing with is the Douglas A-26B Invader 3rd Bomb Group, Philippines 1945. I haven't checked all weapons load-outs but the HVAR load-out, on first activation and release drops HVAR pylons like bombs. On second activation and release it drops the HVAR like bombs. Is anyone aware of a fix that will (a) stop activating/dropping the pylons and (2) activate/fire instead of activate/drop the HVARs?
