I have started a new Noorduyn Norseman MK4. This will set the bar to new levels for Cr1 as the modeling detail and textures will be higher then anything Cr1 has released to this date. Expect a multi million polygon model that is perfectly accurate in every detail. Air models will be modeled through a real world virtual air tunnel software that is owned by an off site real aircraft manufacture. (More details on that later) 3d gauges. Super High def REAL Norseman engine starting and running sounds. This aircraft will come in Float, Land and Ski versions. All liveries will be of real existing aircraft with signed off permissions by all owners. Interiors will differ from model to model not only in textures but modeling differences as well to emulate the planes that the liveries are...

I think I might have mis-read your original post. If you have plugged it in and tried it, then you might need a profiler app. Logitech still offers one for the X52, since they apparently bought Saitek. I don't use it, since there are more than enough possibilities without it.

I use a Warthog, and haven't had issues mapping controls through MSFS itself, although I do have a couple of buttons commands assigned through FSUIPC for my TrackIR. When you try and map controls, make sure you've got the right controller highlighted along the top of the "controls" menu (it should be "joystick-hotas warthog" and "throttle-hotas warthog"), and that the "filter" option is set to "all", since it otherwise won't show all of the possible controls you can map. What specifically do you mean by "many of the buttons and switches wont correctly map"? If you're not getting options for controls to assign them to, that's probably the "filter" option being set wrong, but if you're seeing the stuff you want to assign to controls, make sure you're clicking inside the box just...

Apparently, many of the popular controllers are "known" by the sim. If you haven't already, plug it in and fire it up, then see what's mapped. My X52 had several useful mappings set by default, but I've been working on changing a few of them as time goes on and I figure out what I like and don't.

WARNING: Things do not match up perfectly. Some things are lighter than their surroundings, etc. Also understand that I did this by the seat of my pants with some suggestions from others! For the record, I make complete copies of my CFS3 installs to a separate drive so if I screw things up badly, I just delete the install directory in question in its entirety and copy in the backup copy to get back to baseline. Do any of this at your own risk! That said, for BoB, it seems pretty simple: 1. Delete all BDP files in your BoB directory. 2. Remove the 'assets' and 'terrains' folders. Keep them somewhere outside the BoB directory in case things go horribly wrong and you need to bring them back! 3. Delete any BDP files the 'assets' and 'terrains' folders from WOFF and ...

Anyone here using the Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog with FS2020? I only accuired this hotas and throttle system recently and it seems many of the buttons and switches wont correctly map with FS2020. I'd appreciate any feedback from other users. Do you use the TARGET software at all, or just the FS2020 mapping method? Thoughts and experience appreciated Cheers

I don't think I've seen this one yet. Maybe something to do with a system update to Windows? It wouldn't hurt to defrag the hard drive and see if that helps? Maybe do a disk cleanup as well prior to the defrag to get rid of some excess RAM "hogging" you can get over time, basically a few hundred kilobytes here and there and they can add up fairly quick. What's the status of your available memory? I have a 1TB hard drive and in the last few months mine has been doing similar things in FSX. I had almost 9GB used up with photos and FSX downloads. I bought a 256 GB flash drive and moved all my retired aircraft, photos and downloads to it, deleted some junk files and emptied my recycle bin. Now my C drive shows 612GB used with 318GB free space and FSX is running smoother.

More than welcome John! I absolutely love to see all screenshots. Great enjoyment for me! It's now nearly six years ago when it was initially released (november 2014). And, that also means it's over six years that I started with the T.5 (september 2014). That said, I expect to get a pre-final beta done next week. I've been several times to Hoogeveen. The project is really fantastic. When you stand next to it, the aircraft is really big, sturdy and spacious. Immediate cause is, of course, the big engine (over 1.30 m in diameter), which makes for a spacious cockpit. I made this photograph there:
