    For McLaren I also think the development of the sports car, the conflicts which led to the departure of Ron Dennis and the absence of Ron Dennis contributed to the downfall of McLaren. For Williams the problem is much bigger than "just an engine" problem. Its has been a constant struggle for money and it seems the team never really recovered after the departure of Adian Newey. Nice car! over the years I have owned 3 different Renaults. All very nice cars to drive, innovating designs, but expensive in repairs/maintenance. So the weak point of the F1 team can be found in their commercial cars as well. :biggrin-new: Cheers, Huub

    Hello Shessi, Hello Ravenna, Yes, it is definitely very interesting, this new business. I got some similar information from Kdriver yesterday along the same lines - i.e. using scrape points. He mentioned a paddle steamer built for the sim that works with water sounds, so it seems that we are going to get somewhere. Letīs see if I can get some experimenting on the subject done today. I was thinking of duplicating the 4 contact-point lines for the two floats (type 4) in the Aircraft.cfg, and giving those a Type 2 scrape point designation, with a really high damage threshhold, to see if I can get any reaction

    To move the axis of a part you need to click on the Hierarchy tab than use Affect Pivot Only. now you should be able to move the axis around and rotate it if needed.

    I tried them and many of the campaign has trees in the middle of the runways. Getting around that the other campaign mission fly well until they encounter a aircraft shot down the the game stops and lockup. many misspelled aircraft in the missions and other problems. I guess i will just wait until someone correct them or makes a better one. Thanks for all the help I have got from other people in doing this project.

    While we all wait for the enhanced graphics for the model from TiAr, I've today uploaded my renditions of 2D Panels for the 410. They're high-res and essentially straight copies from the VCs . I took a wee liberty with the FG model with the glass you'll see the ground rushing up at you from bottom/right....not essentially accurate angle of sight, but it's all fun...;)

    Dave, Just wondering if you had anything taken down as far as the notes from Usio. Even a bad google translation is better than nothing. Just wondering what he meant by "whole" in the scene. Maybe from context I could glean something from it. I'm asking about the Usio files or notes since the "mount" doesn't seem to be working. The whole turret disappeared. I keyframed. Nothing. I even tried grouping the three together and nothing. Before the "mount" entry was added the guns would just flail around under one particular axis, but I couldn't figure out which one it was. It looks like they need to be aligned to object instead of world? Also, any mention of settings for export from gmax with regards to keeping or not keeping certain settings? I'm just wondering if there is...

    Hi Jorge, Here's something that may shed more light on the subject. Download these files paying close attention to the one named cfgse_DP. If there is any problems opening the files you may need to add an exception to any anti-virus or maleware programs on your computer. Don't fret, these files are safe. It's due to the fact that each is an *.exe. Once it's open, scroll down to or search X , Y, Z coordinates ...from this point down is the sections Usio had refered to.
