The payoff will be for those Chevy teams that didn't run to Ford....The 2018 Chevy contender looks to be like a powerhouse & they've had a year to study and learn from Toyota. Looks like you could be happy EasyEd next year with the old familiar Chevy advantage again which will of course help Jimmie... :mixed-smiley-010:

This is going to be so great when released. I have a video series running on Facebook and Youtube and I'm planning on doing a bit involving the XF-92, F-102, and F-106 aircraft. All I'm missing is the XF-92. :applause:

That's looking outstanding Rick. As someone who has made textures before, I've always failed at metal textures and you've really invested a lot of time in getting these right. Thanks for all of the hard work.

I'm starting to now refine the base alpha layer and create a more permanent spec file. If you're going to use dynamic reflections, make sure it's set to ULTRA. (Image 1 and 2). Otherwise you don't get the same effect. Or simply don't use dynamic reflections at all! (Image 3).

At the end of July, Aeroworx obtained the permission to port this aircraft to X-Plane. Eight weeks later we are releasing the first public beta of the C-47. As its sister...

Hey All, I was not aware either of the toys running 2018 cars this past year. All I saw was a car that balanced so well it could really drive off the corners better than the others. I'm not sure if it got into corners better or rolled the center better but the drive off was obvious. I never thought the toys had much if any HP advantage but we all know racing is about aero anymore. How well can you glue the car to the track. These cars still have so much HP they can overpower all the old tracks they race on so aero it is which lets you put the HP to the ground. Toys had it this year likely be interesting to see how fast Chevy be back. Jimmie for number 8 next year? The bummer is penske quitting on dodge. I'm a Big fan of joey and brad but this isn't boding well. Unless they...

Retired last year out of Yongsan/Seoul with USFK. Picked up a military contracting job at Casey during terminal leave and absolutely love the country. Had 9-11 not happened, I would have come here sooner, but felt as a career infantryman, Afghanistan and Iraq were more career enhancing than Korea. Hovey is actually still here, but scheduled to close either next year of following year. Really a shame, as it would make a great maneuver area for US troops to own and play around in, since the MOUT environment still an issue with what is needed to be concurrent in training wise.

Well, Sean, it was a long time ago and much water has past under the bridge since I first installed MyFsTools. I very likely installed that little utility 12 years or so ago. You'll understand someday when you get a little older and start slowing down a touch. ;^) Mick & Sean, After reading through the ini file and visiting the same web site Sean linked to I remembered what it is for. Its a utility that adds all sorts of little functionality thingies key among them for me anyway was it allows one to specify a specific Tower View location and save it. In FS2002, FSNavigator allowed one to specify the position where the tower view would be simply by clicking on the map and entering a height. When FS9 came out, this function no longer worked in FSNavigator. So, an alternative utility...

Ed, as always, great advice. I just want overall best immersion and the ability to port over most of my FSX kit, when needed. Out of curiosity, do you or others use any of the MyTraffic or TrafficX programs in P3Dv4? I really liked the AI and various loadouts many of those offer. Are they needed or does P3Dv4 do a much better job of portraying landing and flying AI?

It's not their (Chevy/Toyota) fault that Ford is unprepared for 2018.....

Basically, there were two Typhoons. Both Sabre powered. The first had the multi-frame car-door type canopy and entry. The second, the teardrop sliding bubble canopy as simulated (copied by the Republic P47D by the way). The Tempest was a design based on the Typhoon but with several major differences including being powered by the Centaurus radial engine. The Tempest evolved into the Sea Fury.:engel016:
