Thanks Mike, that makes the most sense to me, but FSX can be "untethered" sometimes and do the opposite of what you might expect, lol.

I am no expert, but as far as I can tell it does NOT load unchecked files - but will load default airports if an add on airport is unchecked. I see this all the time when I am experimenting with addon scenery --

. . . .Or the scenery library also. Does the Sim load everything listed in the cfg/library or only those that are enabled (checked)? I am setting up Groups in the config Editor so that I can activate just the area I intend to fly in, but if everything else is loaded as well it seems a waste of time.

Thanks for all the suggestions: Changing seasons did cause that anomaly to no longer show. . .Fixed?. . .maybe, maybe not, lol I have three HDD's, all three have at least 500+gig free space. C: Drive is the OS, D: Drive was P3D and X-Plane but both were uninstalled some time ago, E: Drive is the FSX drive with 500gig free. Memory is 16gig and 4gig on the GPU I Defrag quite often, usually about once a week at least, but especially if I install anything new into FSX.

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category FS 2020 - Military repaints - WWII Description: This folder contains a repaint for the Zlin Savage Cub in MSFS2020. It shows QE-I "Bull **** Bomber", based on one three Piper Cubs that were used by 4 Sqn RAAF in Papua New Guinea in 1944. These aircraft were 'borrowed' from the Americans and never officially part of the RAAF and used for liason work and for picking up downed pilots. QE-I was probably 43-976. Repaint by Jan Kees Blom, based on the textures from MSFS.
