Everybody fly's out on the old piston route - west-coast-Hawaii-Tahiti ect. The routing varies, but southerly island-hopping. The C-130's and -146's have the best legs, pressurization and fewer stops. The bird dogs get a ferry tank fitted in the cabin, the usual light twin gimmick. The -802 does aright, put the hopper plumbing in and fill up the hopper with jet, though it's slooow, and that one fan on the front makes the ol' clacker grip the seat-mesh a bit tighter than usual, the house of office and catering truly leave much to be desired and an auto-pilot would have been nice. At least the navigation is better than back in the day's of LORAN-C, and grinding across the big pond below 10K isn't as much fun as it sounds. Don't miss those rides at all. Eight hours away from terrafirma in a...

Do you have the guns working now? I double checked the ground sounds. All files referenced for this by the sound.cfgs are present in the download. I also re-tested and found them all to be working correctly. Some sounds may be different than you are used to however, as the sound has been set up to change depending on the type of surface you are on, whereas most CFS3 aircraft don't do this. As far as I can tell there isn't anything messed up with the download.

Thanks everyone. :) There are instruments to be installed, wiring, bolts, screws, oxy fittings, seat details, seat cushions, overhead curtains, structure and armour at the rear of the cockpit.... and then night textures for everything. Keep things busy for a while, especially trying to stay within the poly budget. 80% done, 80% left to do, as they say. Anybody notice the fly-by-wire sidestick controls? And I thought Airbus invented those.... Although these had limited movement and were used to make long-distance formation flying a little easier, and used the autopilot to move the controls.

Highpockets, The shortest distance between two points is a straight line. How many entries do you have in your country.cfg file? If the answer is four, doing anything else before replacing your country.cfg file with the expanded version is about as useful as tits on a bull. http://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links.php?action=jump&catid=17&id=17924 Make sure you are using the expanded country.cfg file first. If yes, the IJAAF country.cfg entry, I believe, is . If you cut-and-paste the entry in Ajax's download over the original entry, which looks like this... name=Japan Army
