A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Other Add-Ons Description: DB US 30lb frag bundle weapon This is a simple grouping of 6 of Sergio Dolcemascolo's 30lb frag bombs to represent a bundle for later-war airfield denial missions, side-stepping CFS2's limitation on number of hardpoints. They are multi-LOD, & occupy 1 hardpoint instead of using 6. To install, unzip the download to a temporary location & move/ copy files to the matching folder names inside your chosen CFS 2 install.

Jankees - you can shut her down (and restart :) ) if you fold the LD door/canopy open - this unmasks all the engine controls for mousing. Basically do all pre and post flight with the lid off. Only concern is that if you run out of fuel mid flight you have to open the canopy to select the reserve fuel :( Dutcheeseblend - no worries, though maybe you can throw light on the clickspot masking - on imports there are always one or two clickspots that cover the whole screen and sometimes mask the spots beneath. In this case its the Window sliders and door/canopy open - are they the first/last defined? Are they in some way different to all the others? Thanks Keith

If you only use this pilot as a payload, you don't need to bother with the allegiance in its DP file.

Something that was brought to my attention while doing some more work on the cranes late last night. The CH-54A and S-64E both shared pretty much identical airframes. Obviously one was military production and the other civilian. However, what was overlooked in the original version of the S-64E is that most S-64Es that have not been rebuilt or upgraded by Erickson (which is a considerable number) do not have a split main gear assembly. The split gear assembly is exclusive to Erickson "F" model Cranes and "E" models that have been rebuilt/upgraded by Erickson. Even S-64Es that are operated by Erickson still retain the larger single gear assembly. Anyway. This difference is largely what differentiates a CH-54A (and most S-64Es) from the S-64F externally (aside from the radome Italian...
