This tutorial is really useful, but I have one problem that I wonder if someone can quickly help with. (My online searches aren't seeming to solve it). I'm dividing an edge and creating a vertice, how do I ensure that the vertice is exactly in the middle? Thanks if you can help.

No, that's not the one. Here is the whole folder of my WIP: This is the work that I've done so far...and you can tell I haven't done the tail (Rep, it's in croatian) yet, and of course it is messed up. Take a look and if you can do something about it, thank you in advance!

It was. Crews had to wear oxygen masks, kept goggles over their eyes and wore leather boots, gloves, pants, coat, and cap, often wool lined, over an electrically heated suit. On top of all of that, a flak jacket, a parachute, and maybe even a steel helmet.

I'd say this system would be ok for FS9, but it is weak for FSX. The AMD 9600 CPU is an older generation CPU, it has four CPU cores that run at 3.1 GHz and the boost mode takes all four cores to 3.2 GHZ, but to get the the maximum of 3.4 GHz, only one or perhaps two cores will reach that limit. The 450 watt PSU is also a bare minimum for this system. Keep in mind that MicroSoft's flight simulator series has always run better on Intel processors and Nvidia based graphics cards. It's the difference in CPU and GPU architecture that makes a real difference in the performance of MS flight sims.

Now, this is really weird. I learned this morning that we had the CNT II before, almost exactly two years ago on 31. August 2017. And it was me who solved that mystery then. Forgot about that completely :dizzy: Must be first signs of Alzheimer's disease. :pop4: Here is something more modern, I don't think we had this one before.

Basically, what was said above /\ Microsoft deliberately broke the Digital Rights Software that many discs used pre Windows8, when they brought out Win 10, due to a perceived security issue. A couple of the shoot em up games forums had a workaround which involved hacking your registry and temporarily being a Windows 'Developer', but word is, that even this has been blocked now by recent Win10 updates. Best option is to do as suggested and ask Just Flight for a digital download. Microsofts' response to all the foregoing, has just been to "We updated Windows to make it safer... it's your Game publisher's fault your installers won't work" ...

Okay, got one for you guys: I need help identifying the Japanese Kanji character in the tail marking below and need to get the English phonetic spelling for the Japanese word it stands for: For instance, the Kanji character in the following tail marking means Tiger and the phonetic English spelling of the Japanese word is Tora. I think it has something to do with either "power/strength" or "fang/tusk" but wouldn't want to put any money on either.

I know -having searched in bookshops in Italy, it seems there is very little in print. Oh for a comprehensive study of Italian aircraft (preferably of the 20th century ) - Carlo, come on, it's never too late !

Always interesting! :applause::applause::applause: An FYI: I have a scratch build under way for a client. Lots of mini panel beaten brass sheet at this point, attempting to put off molding up a set of mid fifties Pirellis until much later. Bugger of a job.

Fascinating - sadly it doesn't sound as though they ever flew - first priority of a flying boat is that it should float ! The Cant thread at Secret Projects is equally fascinating - does anyone know who Apophenia is or was ?
