I found this clip over at Fllickr looking for history about You Speak, I like the artwork but I will have enough repainting just with the 461st. She was in the 454th BG. The comment over at Flickr said that she survived the war and flew home which is why the piece of the nose with the noseart is in the museum. I copied this from that article: Though losses climbed over Europe, the aircraft could at least be easily replaced, for by the introduction of the B-24H/J series, Liberator production had truly hit its stride. Four factories were producing B-24s, but the most famous and efficient was Ford’s Willow Run plant, which by 1944 was producing one bomber per hour—crews fresh from training would arrive at Willow Run around nightfall, and pick up their new B-24 the next morning. The...

...and a good one it is. Unfortunately I'm afraid I'm not that accomplished with MCX and then there're the folks like me who are in the same boat!

I've used MCX to take the Var1 model tail fin and swap it onto the -J, to create my own -E. Just another suggestion.... DaveQ

Amazing repaints. Look forward to the release. :applause::applause::applause: Bomber_12th here are some pics of the Collings Foundation's B-24 over the years. "All-American" was on the left side. https://www.air-and-space.com/Consolidated%20B-24%20Liberator.htm

Well shut my mouth and call me corn pone!:dizzy::pop4: OK, regarding the helmet, for me, here's the complication. Those who are following this thread saw where "johndetrick" posted his nice looking VMF-235 Death Angels repaint. At that time he also passed on a tip that he was using the "Model.F-8E-FN_Var1" instead of the "Model.F-8J" to obtain a more accurate visual model of the F-8E, the major visual difference being that the VAR 1 model omits the RHAW housing atop the vertical tail which is included with the F-8J variant. I agree with his tip and began using the VAR 1 model with the VMF-212 paint I'm currently working on. When I looked into decorating the pilot's helmet I discovered that each of the 4 models included with the RFN F-8 has a different pilot and helmet and...

Haha Robin, I knew it would draw somebodies attention, but had not thought that it would be this fast..... The armoured car is a Landverk L180 or Landsverk M38 as the Dutch called it (after 1938). The model was made a long time ago by Cees Donker and can be found as static model in his Dutch scenery (can't recall which airfield). He started with a drive-able one, but never finished it. I still have the prototype which is one of the vehicles I use to explore the scenery made by people like Cees and Ian. It is even doubtful whether Cees still has it, so you can't find in anywhere except in my screenshots. Today I was playing a bit and did the Germans textures depicting a "beute machine". Cheers, Huub

The 3rd recommendation down "Using Samsung Messages" is what I'm doing now for each individual spam. So far I've blocked and deleted over 25 since the first of the year. What I'm looking for is an App that will do that automatically based on the content of the message, similar to filtering programs for junk e-mails.

Yes, I did the same thing with FSX and it made things much easier. I have been lazy with P3D and haven't done it yet...since right now I'm more focused on getting my scenery and AI converted for P3D....but it's starting to get out of hand. Generally, I only fly Vietnam War era airplanes and usually fly, with a few exceptions, within Southeast Asia.....so I still have a lot to convert.

Anyone have experience with blocking SMS messages on an android (Samsung) smart phone?? Specifically, I'm looking for a recommendation on an SMS App that would automatically block, filter or delete or filter an SMS message based on a keyword in the text. There are so many SMS Blocking Apps available, I have no clue where to start or which one meets my needs. Thanks in advance.
