Liechtenstein! Could it be one of the rare products of the Liechtenstein National Aircraft Factory? No? Oh well, I suppose I'd better look at Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovenia & Slovakia. You're not, Mike, being singled out for the 'we're too busy to serve you at the moment' treatment. I get it nearly every morning.i I can live with it but I'd be interested to know what causes it. Are there lots of people who like simulating flight before lunch but occupy themselves elsewhere for the rest of the day?

Like everyone using their ancient cd version the only issue I have had is the cd key authentication. Once you get that everything works fine. I thought I would have issues with Gmax and the SDKs but nothing, straight in working. The cd key thing frustrated the living daylights outta me though till I figured/found the way round it which I had on an old cd with multiple CFS3 installs on. Only way around it really is to build a new Win7 PC specifically for CFS3/old games and software. Then have a modern Win10 setup for all new/future software etc. Dave

Yes, it's an Argus motor, but it is not Austrian. Now where's near Austria ??? If nobody answers, I'll understand why - I've been getting my favourite message all morning - it is getting worse, Moderators!:banghead:

It looks like the Austrian flag on the tail. So something out of the Hopfner/Hirtenberg stable with an Argus AS.10 engine?

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category P3D / P4D Add-Ons - Civilian aircraft Description: I am very proud to present the very first true, flyable DC-10 VLAT (Very Large Air Tanker) to the sim world. This aircraft was based upon the SGA / Thomas Ruth and Eric Cantu version. Made FSX native by George Arana (which this version is based on). Then modified again by myself and George Arana to create the VLAT version. This package comes with 2 models and 6 liveries. The first model converted into a VLAT was a DC-10-10 model and became T-910, in 2007-08 it was exclusively contracted by Cal Fire. Which a single livery represents on that model. The second model is the DC-10-30, which the fleet of 10 Tanker Air Carrier now consists entirely of. T-910, 911, 912, and 914 are...

I still have my original CFS3 cds and have installed in Win10 using them. Apart from the extra step mentioned in the sticky because of cd security no longer working, it does the job. Export from Gmax also still works, as does the MOS editor - once you tell it which folders to look in for files. You will have to install the DirectX 9.0c June 2010 package and enable early NET versions in Win10. I have no issues worth mentioning.

Windows 10 can work with GMax, mos editors etc, I've had it work with everything CFS3-related I can think of. That said, like MajorMagee I've had one or two very frustrating experiences after microsoft-imposed updates. Win 10 in an extremely arrogant and high-handed and patronising manner assumes you to be incapable of deciding when and if you install a Windows update. So you just get lumbered with them. Period. Now that hard disk space is so cheap, I am tempted to keep entire copies of all CFS3 installs just so I can wipe the C drive and reformat if a serious problem with the OS is encountered.

My friend's family owns Harvey field. That is the parents house. The older barn house is theirs....that looks amazing. If that's not Harvey field in Snohomish, WA, then I'll be a monkey's uncle! It looks just like it!

You have to have at least one install properly registered. After that MuitiCFS3 works just fine on the others.

There are quite a number of those arrows still in existence in the southwest. The last remaining of the arrows in the whole of the upper midwest is located just a few miles from my house and is in the front yard of a farm where the owners, probably back in the 60's or 70's, put in a basketball hoop at the base-end: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Air+Mail+Navigation+Beacon/@44.8189579,-92.9117142,107m/data=!3m1!1e3!4m5!3m4!1s0x87f7dacebb16ad81:0x44b6662a3c71d565!8m2!3d44.8188933!4d-92.9117659 That particular arrow, which used to have a beacon, was the last of a long line of arrows/beacons that led air mail pilots into the Dowtown St. Paul Airport (today KSTP) on routes from Milwaukee and Chicago. The original beacon tower, erected near the St. Paul Airport in 1929, located within...
