Took delivery of a new system over the weekend, reinstalled 9 and went on first proper flight, just a basic install but with HDE clouds by Pablo Diaz. Getting the hang of the new wide screen monitor, took a while to get a resolution i was happy with.

bazz can answer better than me of course, but help@aeroplaneheaven.com is their official support email on their website, so I've been making sure to use that.

Agreed. What is the correct channel to report issues to you? E-mail? Discord? FaceBook? You and I have communicated using Messenger recently (I pointed out the fairings on the Canadian undercarriage), and perhaps we can continue thus to do. But a confirmation of your preferred channel for general feedback might serve both you and the community. Keep up the good work. - Kenneth

Aside from chatting here I've been emailing with the AH team, but I think this thread has been a good way for everyone to discuss and come to agreement on what might be a bug. Initially a lot of folks didn't catch the flap lever. Some people didn't do long enough flights to catch the fuel issue. All that to say I don't think it's been a negative thread, it's been very helpful and some of the bugs I reported through the channels were ones brought to my attention here.

How can I load this nice lady (default MSFS) in the second place in CIV version :biggrin-new: https://www.aeroplaneheaven.com/img/products/chipmunk/gallery/019.jpg ? Probably I need modify the weight manually and probably is not 190lb. She dosent look like this weight, probably even she doesnt like it so she decided not appear here ;). Maybe less? Any ideas? Btw. short fly in Australia, look on those ground textures .... finally REX AccuSeason gives shaders for seasonal textures (I was a bit off topic of REX:AS, although I did every updates)?

hi downwind, I installed DX10 Shader Fixers V3.2.3 which I found for free and it greatly improved the experience with DX10, but it bothers me about the Instant Replay difference between DX9 and DX10. Surely Payware must be better than this version I got (still Freeware) but do you think it would make a difference in Instant Replay?

I made coastal command versions using the old model, so I have all the aerials made. If I have time and if John has time, maybe. Right now I am making new NJG Ju88's (late C6's and up to G6).

Well, back in 2004, MS did have CFS4, a heavily revised CFS3 that fixed all the bugs in CFS3 and added all the features that were not activated in CFS3 (guided rockets, turbosupercharger, parking break etc). Plus much more (new gauges, navigation). But alas the non violent executives at MS decided that violence is not what they were about anymore and only civilian simulations would be made. I once asked MS folks, if they would release CFS4 to the community as freeware for us to play with, and the answer was crickets. Now if we would maybe ask as a group....nah that is no good either. MS is just not going to make us happy at all. OFF was able to "work" with MS but that was limited too. Maybe some of the OFF folks were ex MS programers, who knows. (Wiping tears away as I sob) we just won't...

few flight replica planes for sale on just flight, until end of june i think. fighters and bombers! I picked up both the buchon (spanish 109 with rolls royce engine, which gives it opposite torque) and the normal 109-g6. be warned though some planes not advertised v4 compatible, i didnt read the fineprint until after i bought the 109z! but justflight customer service has been so great to me in the past, not making an issue. take her for a spin in fsx-se one of these days.

However, when I (now only occasionally) visit here, there are always about 10 x the number viewing FSX as versus MSFS or P3D (20 to 200). Which must say something about the hobby for sure! But, for me at least, there is little of interest anymore; the halcyon days of a constant stream of new add-ons to enjoy, to repaint and discuss, are over. The reasons are well documented and understood. It's still a shame though. DaveQ
