I agree Paul. It's always been a hoot to fly. There's the TWA paint I did a couple of weeks ago for the FSX Native model.

You could watch the first low B-36 pass over the ball field early on in Strategic Air Command to get a feel for the sound. I do believe that sound was captured right at the location. Thanks for the interview link!

There are some specific effect files for the RAS Spit, but they're easy to find in the FSX Effects folder since they're all labelled "RASSpit_(whatever)". There are some other more generic effect files needed, but they should already be in your P3Dv4 Effects folder. When having to copy and paste all the bits over from FSX, I'll find the effect files needed by looking in the aircraft.cfg under , , and/or . Hope that helps - RobM

Much more information is needed. Operating system, and the location of the install for starters. Is it in the standard C:\Program Files etc location, or somewhere else (mine all start with D:\ and are in the root of the drive - I seem to get fewer problems that way)? I am running Win 10 64-bit and use the Ubisoft exe which is as I understand it an "official" version of the no-CD exe. Is the Install fully patched to v 3.1a? Including a screenshot of the folders and root files is always helpful too. Otherwise it is very hard to just provide a guess. Also a copy of the configoverrides.xml would make things easier. Also information as to whether the install is strictly stock, if not, what changes have been added? Do a search on *.* in the root pathway and advise what files show...

Try running multicfs3 in each of the installs which do not produce bdps, just to check their names (for AppData pathway) and thus confirming that the installs are installed properly.

I am hoping to get my RealAir Spitfire installed in P3D. Since the installer doesn’t work any more I can copy the relevant files from my FSX install. Are there any files to move other than the RealAir file in the root folder and the files from the Simobjects folder? Effects or otherwise. Thanks and Cheers!

This is pretty cool. B-36 pilot making a low pass over his girl friend's house. Or something. The poster does not say when it happened. That must have sounded cool. Six turning and four burning!

One for the experts; why wouldn't an install build .bdp files? Vanilla CFS3 and MAW do, but my others do not. Everything is ok in the %appdata% folder...ideas?

SPOILERS!!!!! No, in the new series, he is the real (innocent in this series) Doctor Smith, presumably killed in the robot attack on the Resolute, during which Parker Posey, after having escaped from her cell where she was being held as a stowaway, pretends to be him in order to trick two technicians into helping her hijack a Jupiter from the seemingly doomed resolute.

Unfortunately for “Dr. Smith,” she’s unable to dispose of all of the evidence, and when Don and a group of other colonists return to Jupiter 18 in Episode 6 to siphon its fuel, he discovers a hospital I.D. badge depicting the real Dr. Smith — that is, Mumy’s character.

That's assuming that is the only install you have. Delete the appdata folder re run the config.exe just remind us what windows you are using.

Yep, remember doing that. Working in PS and closed it, but forget to save it. Thought I did. On those 4k projects I had out of memory issues at times and couldn't save it. It was hitting 8 GB of ram out about 96% and stopped. Bumped up to 16 GB of ram solved it. It was using 12 GB of ram to save a project.
