The texture mapping between the MSFS and X-Plane versions is also very different, so the existing X-Plane paintkit and repaints can't be used/converted for use on the MSFS version.

Before Covid, the crew of the An-225 would sometimes allow for an impromptu open house for those who just happened to be working in close vicinity of the aircraft. I missed such an opportunity but my friend (who was surveying the security fence line) was able to get aboard and he said there we no off-limits areas within the aircraft/cockpit. He was very impressed with the aircraft and the hospitality of the crew!

I LOVE the SF260, and loved the Realair version in PSX to P3D V5. Seems that in early December of last year, SimCoders (they have done a lot of X-Plane stuff) made the announcement that they are producing an SF260 for MSFS: Their SF260 for X-Plane looks and apparently flies great-- close to the real thing. REALLY looking forward to this one-- now that I've rather suddenly been bitten by the MSFS bug. Kent

Perhaps you know this old project (from 2009/10) of Xavier Carré and Jacques Godfrin, released for FS9 and FSX. Unfortunately, the project has never been updated and improved since then, especially for new simulators like the first series of Prepar3D (1-3v) and especially for 64 bits of platforms like P3Dv4-5. Because I still miss this project in P3Dv4-5, and there is currently no contact with the original authors some time ago I decided to update two airports for my own use only ... but finally I gained a lot of momentum effect and it went much further than I initially thought. I certainly don't consider myself a scenery specialist, but I'm still learning and I'm already making a lot of progress in updating and designing sceneries. The project is...

That might work. :encouragement: I'd start with the and sections of the KO Mirage F1 "aircraft.cfg" file for the bits that influence the AB affect. :ernaehrung004:

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Aircraft - Other Description: The P-66, like the P-64, was initially built after purchase by another government. The Swedish government signed a contract on 6 February 1940 for 144 Model 48C's. By the time the first of the Vanguards was ready for delivery in September 1941, the US had an embargo in place and impounded the aircraft. The British initially took over the order, but the US diverted 129 aircraft to China instead. The remaining 15 aircraft were re-designated P-66's and used by the AAF as trainers. Navy Chief started a thread Blade slap sound in Prepar3D
I installed the awesome mod for the S-64 that Scorch recently uploaded to the Warbirds library, and I made the changes for the inclusion of the "blade slap" sound, according to the readme text. But am not hearing a change. Any ideas? NC
