Hi Martin I'm only beginning to work with FSDS and there is a ton of things I don't know about its capabilities. I don't know if there is a similar function like this. Other than the basic controls, and basic functions like gear retraction, there is no documentation about its animation functions. From poking around the animation name lists, there seems like there would be more than a few different actions. The titles aren't very descriptive and unfortunately nothing is written about what they do, how to activate them or link them together. :banghead: It will take some serious dedicated experimentation and lots of time to figure some of it out. Maybe someday.

Milton, there are two extra folders "Grizzly Stuff" and "More Grizzly Stuff". They appear to contain files for the panel folder. No documentation, so I'm not sure if I ignore them or install them or, or, or... :adoration:

I managed to fix the VC glass texture but still don't have the gauges working in all the models (I know the patch only patches certain models). I do have the RealAir Spit too but definitely cannot rig the VC for the PD to the RealAir unfortunately. But nevertheless I have to it to a mostly 'flyable' standard and still enjoy flying it. The sounds are some of the best I've heard for a Spit in a sim.

I think that I found this yesterday too and I'll check it out tomorrow. I searched on Flightsim.com; Avsim; Simviation and Flyaway...Most of what's on there sadly for Gulfstreams is all HTAI. The textures are fantastic but no VC's and only flyable if you add a 2D and then the windows are all dark. Phooey! I'll continue to muddle along with this and offer the best that I am able to do with it. The air file and aircraft cfg are spot on to reality and I want to do the rest of it up to Doug's hard work. So.......stay tuned here. I hope that I was not too ambitious and over confident about it. :banghead:

Hi, just a couple questions re the Goose: 1) Lowering/raising the wing floats with the cockpit switches is somewhat erratic. Is there a shortcut key for that? 2) The throttle lever in my joystick only controls engine #1, so I need to use F2/F3 to control both engines at once. Any solution for that? Thanks in advance, best regards.

Doing some digging and found that an old model by Rick Sasala has a VC and cabin. Reworked by Philippe Wallaert it gets one excited until you see the way the gauges show up in the VC. The 2D panel looks interesting. The file is at Simviation called "Gulfstream_IV.zip".

The Bitmaps for this Gauge set were pretty typical and took a couple days to create. The programming for the gauges took well over a week which is pretty unusual for a set of fuel gauges. There were two basic problems. One was very poor and incomplete documentation in the SDK. The other was that I managed to goof very very slightly when copying the code for the Main Fuel Gauge to the Reserve Fuel Gauge. The Reserve Fuel Gauge kept indicating the same as the Main and that did not make sense. All the variable declarations looked correct but the gauge still did not behave correctly. I finally decided to comment out the code for the Main gauge to see what would happen. The compile failed with an undeclared reference in the Reserve gauge code..... It was undeclared because it was...
