Getting to Dobodura in any weather meant that their biggest threat was the Owen Stanleys. All too often clouds had rocks in them!

Well I'm back. There were updates in my Content manager this time! I'm all updated and have the same problem with double taxi way signage as reported above. :banghead: I did however see (3) tall monolith towers near the city center (2) were round and (1) was square. I also saw a couple of wind turbine towers that looked to be in odd locations ... and a couple of A.I. vehicles going up and down Rotterdam city center buildings! My Content manager now says that I have 32 items that are not installed. They range from the Aerosoft CRJ, the AFC Bridge ( for my Honeycomb Apha & Brovo units) to payware sceneries, freeware sceneries and a few aircraft repaints .... but they are all there and functioning properly as tested so far. I did not empty my Community folder before this update. Do...

So the solution for P3D is that this needs to be changed in the model with MCX? Yikes. Any tutorials on how to do this? thx, dl

From testing of Earl Watkins' "Adams" Class destroyer in P3D v4 we (Team SDB) found that P3D doesn't handle coordinates in effects the same as FSX. In fact it seemed that it didn't at all. So we had to change the attachment point of the two smoke effects to be at the individual smoke stacks rather than a single point with the offset built into the effect. We made the adjustment using MCX. Hope this helps. :ernaehrung004:

I havn't fiddle much with the inners of the beast, so this must be already at 1. I must have crossed the path of a few addons but a chopper does stand out of the crowd. I wonder; when will I meet a carboard spit. Will check that CFG...;) Funny fact; The carboard spit had a 1... and the H135 didn't!!!

Sometime ago I put in the library my Flying Boat Bases package which covers a lot but not all of the flying boat bases from this period (Well the Imperial Airways, Pan AM and RAF ones). They were originally done for FSX but in the main part worked just fine in P3DV5 providing you have all the relevant library's from others installed in your addon scenery directory or where ever you keep them (the list and which ones is covered in the notes with the package) without those libaries you will not see many of the objects etc but the locatiosn were all done using ADE so they are proper airport locations and come up in P3D without issues. I am going to rework these all and try and get back an number that had a bgl format that P3D did not like (obscure WW2 places) but it is a WIP. Any for...

I guess I don't understand the question. You only need the most recent package (Dec 2019) if you're talking about AnKor's shaders. Really, that's all you need. I wouldn't install the SweetFX program anymore. I'd use Reshade if I wanted to add post process special graphics effects on top of AnKor's shaders, but that's completely optional to running CFS3. Reshade includes all of the legacy SweetFX shaders along with it's own default ones, and various other custom packs you may find interesting. Lately Reshade's developers seem to be mostly focused on creating new effects that rely on z-axis sorting to allow for image manipulation that is dependent on object distance. They've done amazing things like selective fog, and narrow depth of focus for newer games that have their...

Yep. If you set this in aircraft.cfg: isAirTraffic = 0 ; Is the plane usable for air traffic ... to 1 instead of 0, you'll see that plane/livery at airports.

Was taxiing for takeoff from some airport when, just to my right, I spotted a H135 parked. Almost lost control of my Cessna 172 (was only taxiing, remember?) and had to make a U-turn just to be sure. Was not aware that MSFS 2020 could include 3th party aircraft in its sceneries.:encouragement:
