DD I add them by hand. I just paste them from the downloaded folder. But I do have Jonesoft QC updater, maybe this is the source of the problem.

Hey! Trip-Trey (VMFAT-333) was the last squadron I was with. Got there just before we took their, and I believe the last Phantom, det to Iwakuni. We went to Osan, Clark AFB shortly before Pinatubo buried it, and so on. Our barracks were right next to the open, over-run area at one end of the runway, and our maintenance vans were right next to the runway, nearby the barracks. Made for those of us day-sleepers a real noisy environment! The airplanes would taxi up to our end of the runway, and do their engine run-ups before take off. Then go full AB for take-off, as it wasn't the longest runway. Made for some interesting sleep times, believe me! Thankfully, the chow hall was right next door to the barracks. Two things a Marine needs to be happy: food and a bed. Nice if it's shared, like...

This is an interesting post. I found TE's Portland to be horrible and limited. I installed Portland afterward to get the buildings. I also found Bill Womack's Flightbeam KPDX to be on sale and bought it. However, I haven't installed it.

Brain fart. Have your aircraft fly at say 100ft altitude. Now offset the centre of the aircraft so the model is 100ft below the model datum point? Jamie

I was intrigued, but made a hard pass as I don't think any of their releases will ever see an update again. Got some DRM-free planes instead that I could update myelf if the need arises. The SAAB is still nice though.

With the Huns snapping at our heels and artillery falling ahead, we roar across the coast. By some miracle, my kite is still holding together and staying in the air. More shells throw up fire and dirt just to our right, as we come in. Instinctively, I edge away from it all. German armour is nearby. Who’s attacking and who’s defending is unclear.

Looking good - looking great in fact! Out of curiosity, in the GL selector, if you want to fly RAF, what does choosing option 1 get you, that you don't get by picking 2, 3 or 4? An RAF bomber campaign, I hope! And do you think we will be able to select fighter type (or squadron and aircraft type with the correct ID letters), before starting the campaign? I'm assuming Groups will have squadrons flying more than one type of fighter and hoping that choice of Group will still permit changing the plane you fly. Anyway some great work going on here, well done to all concerned - this will be worth waiting for!

Pam, I hope you didn't buy Portland Cityscape. It is incompatible with True Earth Oregon! I had it installed previous to installing TE Oregon, and Central said it would be uninstalling the original Portland Cityscape, as it is included in TE Or. And is highly upgraded from the original. Have not had chance to explore much, yet. Sent from my SM-G935R4 using Tapatalk
