A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Aircraft - Other Description: This is a freeware cfs2 "infamous" Tic Tac UFO that amazed all the Navy pilots. It is rumored to be manufactured by Lockheed Skunkworks. It is a simple model "just for fun" version with some animation. It could not have been finished without major help from Andrew Wai. Pilot head textures by George Lindell (sssmokin). And Alpha for the Alpha UFO sounds. For the sounds to work you will have to install the Alpha UFO (included in the TicTac folder). I also included the fsds source file in the tic tac folder in case you wanted to make this fancier. To check it out, rate it or add comments, visit TICTAC-UAP

May I ask a question? Can anyone remove the highlighted part of this model in the screenshot? Of course it needs permission... I acknowledge that.

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Aircraft - Russian Description: The idea to produce a new fighter for the Red Army Air Force went as far back as 1941. It was then that the Yakovlev Design Bureau presented the I-30 prototype, intended as an alternative to the earlier Yak-1 design. However, the German invasion of the USSR, as well as aluminium shortages, meant that the project had to be put on hold. Yakovlev resumed the development in 1943 while working on an upgraded version of the Yak-1 fighter. This time, it was decided that a new aircraft should be produced to completely replace the Yak-1 and Yak-7 models. The wings and rear fuselage were skinned with plywood for a smooth finish. The new machine was dubbed as the Yak-3 and entered service with the Red...

I'm very glad we still have people keeping these great older flight sims still alive, believe me, especially lately CFS2 seems to be the hot take, but coming from someone who prefers CFS3 the most, feel like it's been ignored. Yes, I've pretty much used every mod there is on mine but still think it could use some new additions, IL-2's, Mig-3's, or ships you find in other expansions, but can only use on missions not campaigns etc. So, I'm calling on all you Gmax pros to PLEASE take CFS3 into consideration. I'm sure I not only speak for me, but many other CFS3 luv'ers out there. I've heard from a lot of people that CFS3 is "buggy" and CFS2 runs smoother, fyi, that's because they're a TON of errors in both the CFS3 Effects files, and Global Layer. Those will definitely cause crashes....

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Campaigns Add-Ons Description: This is an updated and revamped version of Abacus "Battle For Midway" for Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 2. There were *NUMEROUS* mission bugs and typographical errors contained throughout the entire package. Some of the bugs and errors were so severe that some of the missions would completely crash and lock up the simulator, or they could not even be completed (especially in the Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 2 version, which was simply a conversion of the missions of their Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 1 version missions). This edited version of Battle For Midway for Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 2 fixes all of that! All of the mission bugs and typographical errors have...

Hey Guys, I just uploaded the final part of my campaign series about IJN fighters in the SOuth Pacific. A few action shots....

The USN 42 is out being looked at and tested to make sure everything is ok and if any changes have to be made.It will be awhile before everything is done because of the size of it ( 76 missions I think ). My son has started work on the second part of The Big E,it starts after her repairs and refit after all the battle damage she had received in the first year of the War.Her flight deck was lengthen and widened, more AA guns and fire control radar were added. Her first combat sortie after was in November 1943. This campaign will start in November 1943 and go to the end of 1944.Some of the missions have probably not been done before in CFS2,while others have been covered. He said he has 5 missions done so far,so it is just beginning. Hiede

This morning, Burning Blue Design released their latest scenery addon, depicting Old Warden Aerodrome in the UK, owned and operated by the Shuttleworth Trust. This has been perhaps the one addon I've been most highly anticipating. The real life counterpart could likely be my favorite airfield in the entire world, despite having never actually traveled there, but due to having seen so many photo reports and videos over the past 20+ years. An incredible amount of history wrapped up in the airfield, the Shuttleworth estate, and of course the vintage aircraft and vehicles. Burning Blue did an incredible amount of work to produce this airfield, with something like over 240 custom-made objects, and it is packed with just about everything you would see if you were visiting the real location -...

This was the second plane I ever did so be nice. A Dr. Akio Hasegawa contacted me when he saw it saying his father was the designer of this plane. It was due for it's first flight the day Japan surrendered and was brought back to the US. It ended up under cement of the runway of O'Hare International Airport in Chicago. Here's some pics of the blueprints etc I got from the designer before he passed on.

Hi Folks, Just uploaded something a little different that took my fancy (and distracted me AGAIN..ha!). Ported over from IL-2, a nice model of a Hannover CL-III German biplane escort/ground attack fighter. With tweaks and additions including putting some racks with dropping bombs on, 2D panel and working VC etc. Comes with five texs...you'll need sunglasses with some versions,....camouflage?! what camouflage??!!. Javis started a thread Activities in MSFS (FS2020)
Are there any 'Activitists' around here in the neighborhood ? I mean simmers who actually fly Activities ?.... First thing i wonder about is if it's normal that the airplane icon on the Nav Map doesn't show up ??.... It only shows up once i click the blue 'back on track' button at the bottom of the screen. There it is alright but goes away again after a few seconds.... I tried a couple of Activities just to see about that but with all of 'em there simply is no airplane icon to go along with the white route line. If there's a G1000 on board, like in the Skyhawk with the Rijeka to Santorini Activity it's Ok because both the route line and airplane icon are there on the G1000 screen. But what about the "Breckenridge to Mariposa Yosemite" Activity for instance, with the Zlin Savage...
