To keep things simple we just left the same file name. New installer will tell you that now it is 1.6. And in windows programs list you'll see that it is v1.6 now. No uninstall needed, you may just put it on old files, however if you have custom repaints installed cfgs should be re-checked. Andrey

Vertigo did one for FSX, but I can't recall I ever saw one for FS9. The Alpha Blue Ciel one, overhauled by Milton Shupe, with alternative liveries by l'iguane is very nice. And one of the fine examples which prove that freeware is often at least as good as payware. Cheers, Huub

No emails guys, just redownload and reinstall it from purchase letter. Or drop us a line (support@atsimulations.com) if you can't find it. YoYo was the inspirer of this update - he did all the liveries for them! :encouragement: Andrey

Good post! I remember when that came out and then ran on a loop (it felt like!) on CJFB along with all the other NFB nature shows and Vignettes in the early '80s (do you remember 'The Loon'? Classic!) I have watched this one several times over the past couple years looking for Bush Flying inspiration. Great stuff!

Sorry guys for not giving a clue in time, I've caught a flu and was in bed early yesterday. Of course Walter is correct, it is the Partenavia Alpha :encouragement: It is a pity that this quite good looking trainer remained a one-off. Over to Walter. :icon29:

Here's a link to a nice short film by Canada's NFB that I haven't seen for decades. I'm posting because the flick features some very clear and explicit colour footage of Northway Aviation's old Noorduyn Norseman doing it's thing on floats, including some beautiful air to air shots in mixed weather up around the northern end of Lake Winnipeg. There's also some nice black'n'white archival material showing a collection of old Fairchild FC's or 71's, at least one Fokker Super Universal, a brief glimpse of what may be a Vickers Vedette, and a most whimsical air to air image of a De Havilland Gypsy Moth on floats. The sound recording of the Norseman's R-1340 is excellent, a great companion to the Murphy's War recording of that Grumman Duck with the same engine. Turn your volume up! ...

Finally getting the hang of where to launch these and (almost) how to control them! USS 'Atlanta' here, one of the prettiest light cruisers of all, even if the 'AA Cruiser' concept was a failure. I'll try raising the state of the ocean to get some more 'action' next run. :triumphant:

Using JoinFS at the 461st we are flying in FSX, FSXSE, P3Dx all versions. Edakridge has it all working together. Come on in Doc, "the water's fine". We have been using the Virtavia B24J that Ed has tacpack enabled. Check out our website at https://tgycgijoes5.wixsite.com/liberaiders If you check out the other threads here for the 461st and Flight Replicas B24 (which we are anxiously anticipating) you can see how much fun you'll have.

Sounds fun, don't use FSX anymore though. To bad someone can't fly with the team using P3D. A Virtavia B-24 is still fun to fly in Prepar3D v4.

I have used Tacpack in FSXA and Prepar3D v3 and v4. I'm currently running it on P3D v4.5. All academic versions. I'm also a developer, I have pro licenses and academic. If your running Prepar3D Pro your not going to be able to use TP as far as I know. The reason is that LM has a weapons capability already built into the pro version. This is the product page, at the bottom are the links to each type of license you can purchase: https://www.vrsimulations.com/tacpack.php

If innovation keeps getting banned, then before you know it, F1 will have 'template' cars like Indycar.......

I downloaded and installed myself, and I got the exact same issue (runway in a trench). I tried disabling both Pilot's and Vector in the scenery library, but it made no difference. I couldn't see any alternate RPVK .bgl's that might be running interference. The airport was at the top of my P3Dv4 scenery library. Just for the heck of it, I fired up FSX and installed the airport's FSX version (it has a multi-installer). The airport looked the same, but now there were no elevation issues. I've only updated my default P3Dv4 scenery to 4.4; I haven't updated the scenery to 4.5 yet. I don't know if that would make any difference.

Not quite what I'm asking. The info on the website seems to say that it will only work with P3D V1.4 ACADEMIC and I have the monthly subscription Developers version. Since I cannot register on the forums to ask unless I buy it.... I'm kinda stuck. It would be nice if they had an e-mail address on the site I could use...

As I have NO SCASM knowledge, I used tools like Ivan Hsu and Allen models converters. Probably, the Ivan Hsu software disable the bombdoor bay. I already change the f_canopy command to spoiler using hex edit with no success. I succeed to change all other important animations and disable the bomb launch effect attached to F_canopy2 command. Thank you! Pepe PS: Please, send your model to me.

Dirk, I just followed your instructions and the installer is version 1.5 which is already installed on 5/18/2019? Should there be another version number? Is there a need to uninstall the prior install?
