Hi guys, recently found a new love for all sorts of high performance warbirds from the day. Are people able to help put a list together of the great payware birds still available? I've got most of the A2A/Shockwave warbirds and the Virtavia HE-111

I spoke with Rami a few minutes ago. He asked me to post this for him: He is currently hospitalized. He was complaining Thurs of pain in his groin area and ran a fever. He reported to the emergency room and was admitted. He does not have any clot issues but rather is running an infection of unknown type. He sounded in good spirits and strong, when I spoke with him. I will update you as I learn more. SW07

I asked this question many years ago and never got an answer that fixed the problem. . .and it is a problem. Actually I'm surprised that Tim released it this way. I downloaded his OV-1C Mohawk today (his upload, not a version from someone else) from the Warbirds Library and applied the VC and exterior updates I had done for it a long time ago. Once in the Sim and cranked up, with brakes off it was able to reach takeoff speed with throttle at idle and props feathered. Upon landing unless you immediately applied the parking brake (normal braking wasn't enough), extended the speed brakes and held your breath it would usually continue right off the end of the runway into the back forty. I have never seen anything posted over the years, even since it was released, that gave a fix which...

Hi Guys. So after talking to my managers and experimenting with the sim for 6 months or more the decision was made to invest in the cfs3 upgrade. I'm committed to finishing the Aeronca and Ford tri motor for p3d and fsx, so as soon as those are finished I will start on the rebuild. Some assets of cfs3 will remain as they are still pretty good but most if not all models in the game will be replaced, and land class and sky environment will be upgraded. Right now I have a few people researching what has been done to the sim so we can look at that and if we can improve on it. If not we will put links to that upgrade on the cr1 site or ask for permission to host it on our site as part of the up grade or just simply buy out the developer on that one thing and then use it, but it has...

I'm trying to upload a zip file just under 16MB. I've followed the standard procedure but I keep getting a message telling me that my file is too large for the file type:banghead:. Is there a Rami in the house?

Greetings. I have just landed at your fine air port and am heading to the cafeteria for a coffee and some apple pie, might 1st get some pork rind, of the fried variety, and a egg or two with toast…or just get the coffee...I like it black and thick and hotter then Satins office, I have been there a time or two in 1967-72, will explain another time! I have heard about your fine airfield and community that surrounds the airstrip. So I thought I would pop in and see if I might stay a spell. You will find me reasonable commutable, although I do have spats of assaholicupyerarse syndrom from time to time. Just brush that off as a bad day for a 76 year old Retired Air force pilot and career officer with no ones arse to put a air force Majors boot toe into any more save my wife of 50...

Got what I thought was all installed. When I tried to run it came up to the loading screen with a plane and boats and a warning that it couldn't install Campaign file "Fortress Europa.xml". Unknown country Britain. Any ideas as to what I'm missing????

Here are some screenshots I liked from a flight in the Duxford-based P-51D "Miss Helen", from Headcorn down around the south eastern coast of England and landing at Goodwood. The scenery is ORBX's True Earth England. Screenshots taken from P3DV4.5.

Another one on the list :biggrin-new: Luftwaffe airfield, home to FW-190, ME-262 and Arado Blitz units during the later years of the war, including a unit led by Walter Notowny, who was shot down and killed flying a 262 on the 8th November 1944 Not 100% happy with this one, gave up with the railway siding, all alternative texture's looked rubbish, and i could'nt change the Land class like i could in FSX, but still fun to fly from/to The only objects you'll need is---, JD's conversion of Wolfi's CFS2 objects. you probably have these already :-)

I have the above mentioned collection on a DVD-ROM and it has been quite a job to add extra paints to the different versions. The skin offering is very good but to hit the right version seems to be lottery. Is there a way to identify a model and skin (I can do B,C and D much...)?

Ok, here is one for you real knowledgeable folks. We have a three dial engine gauge Oil pressure and temp and fuel pressure. But I have a gauge that has four dials, I assume that 3 of the 4 are the ones I mentioned, but what could the forth dial be? I have a picture but the resolution is poor so I can make out the dials but not the text.

Were heading to Norway next :biggrin-new: An important airfield for the Luftwaffe 10 miles north of Bergen. Home to Me110, Me109 and FW190 units Although there a few good maps of the airfield, MS have'nt put much work into accuratly modeling the coastline of this area, so i had to take a few liberties in making the airfield fit the landscape, its not perfect but i like to think its pretty close There is a seaplane start for seaplane fan's The Arado scenery object is originally Alphasim freeware model, SteveB has done some good repaints for this model, you can download them and replace the texture's in the Herdla/texture folder

Hello everyone! I've filled a list of Aircraft Manufacturers Airport, Personally I do like to take-off from the airports where the Aircrafts are built, ( at least when I buy a new one, the first flight starts always from the real world location of the manufacturer). The list is not complete, suggestions are welcome, only the bigger manufacturers are enclosed, Happy landings !!!
