Thx Jankees! :applause: Just 0,02, do you know that you can block by special entry in the repiant that the registration does not appear twice? Unfortunately, it spoils the effect that we have the original registration and the one from MSFS. You can use this (in panel folder for VPainting01, you need to add panel folder as well) in your repaint: size_mm = 1, 1

just got a reply from Bill Ortis of Lionheart Creations confirming a question I asked during figuring out the download problems (now fixed) of the Trinidad TB21GT. Skylark will be released soon. TONS of updates to it including a seaplane variant. Yes, the Pasped Skylark is coming! :jump::jump::jump:

Well, tagging the bomb bay doors as spoilers would work perfectly. The trouble is that only one animation can be tagged as spoilers and the main gear doors already are. In the sim, using the gear doors as spoilers at low altitudes as well as high would work, but that's not how it was done on the real plane and we'd like to have it work the same in the sim. I wonder if, in the real plane, using the gear doors in the thick air at low altitudes would subject them to more air loads than they could handle.

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category FSX Military Props Description: FSX/P3D v3,v4,v5 Seafire MkXV The Supermarine Seafire, was a naval development of the Spitfire, and was the first modern carrier based fighter used by the Royal Navy. The most important change in the Seafire Mk XV was the Griffon engine and the reinforced main undercarriage which used longer oleos and a lower rebound ratio. This went some way towards taming the deck behaviour , reduced the propensity of the propeller tips "pecking" the deck during an arrested landing and the softer oleos stopped the aircraft from occasionally bouncing over the arrestor wires and into the crash barrier. Two P3D and FSX native models by A.F.Scrub. To check it out, rate it or add comments, visit FSX/P3D v3,v4,v5...

I haven't forgotten this thread or this project. I'm just getting more and more interested in David and Mick's B-45 Tornado package. :playful: "Oh, great. ANOTHER mid-1950's bomber..." :loyal: Anyway, my plans right now are to put the Viper in a holding pattern until the B-45 drops. There's a lot that needs to be addressed and I was starting to wonder if it might be too much to tackle, but I think if we give it enough time we'll wind up with something better. If you dig around enough (I can't remember where I bought it), you should be able to find the LAGO F-16 package. The Lago F-16 has a better 2D and VC panel (IMO) but the 3DO for the actual plane took a bit of a hit and the dynamics are still a little weird. Still, between the Lago F-16, KBT's F-2, and Kirk's Vipers,...
