Flight Replicas is pleased to announce the release of our first aircraft for MSFS, the L-4 Grasshopper. This comes in three versions, Air Observation Post, General Liaison, and floatplane. A reprise of the type we first released for FSX, this package is pure MSFS. Thanks to MSFS's more advanced handling of aerodynamics, and the L-4's simple but effective instrumentation, you'll have to keep a sharp eye on airspeed and develop a feel for what the aircraft is doing by also keeping your eyes outside the cockpit. This is what was called "flying by the seat of your pants", and is a true component of good piloting skills. You'll also need to 'hand prop' the L-4 to start the engine. With great visibility and fully opening doors, you'll be able to enjoy the amazing MSFS world scenery...

Hello everyone, After a long absence from flight sims I decided to come back and give it a try again. Man I have really missed it. I was gifted a PC that has Win10 on it and it has been a little bit of a challenge to get my games up and running again but I think I'm getting there. What the? I've found a small edit to the towns and cities landclasses which mean that the scenery objects line up with the street textures in stock cfs3. This has always been a bit of a bugbear, the houses a bit higgledy-piggldey with the street textures. Now mos files and lso (landscape scenery objects) files match in the landclasses.xml. Sorry in advance if this is not the correct forum to post this type of question. But I have been looking at upgrading my computer system again. Seems I'll be needing an entirely new tower unit. Are there any sites / manufacturers with pre-built tower units that one could recommend? I'm not looking for a bleeding edge computer. Not sure where my budget stands at this moment, but I plan on reusing my current 1080P monitor, keyboard and mouse. My sig below is pretty much what I have now, and if could just upgrade it to Windows 11, I'd just do that and be done with it. But MS tells me my hardware is too old. TIA Tommy

So thought I would post this screenie

Well, this morning I was provided with all the information I was waiting for and am underway beginning the airport. While I was waiting I created the photoreal background and laid out the runway, taxiways and the aprons as well as vehicle roads. It is a really interesting airport. Even if it were done before, which to my knowledge it has not been, the terminal was just opened up the 1st of June this year and construction completed. The taxiways have also been redone so nothing done before especially FSX or P3D default KPXE airport is inaccurate. I am being furnished new layouts to create this. So my KPXE will incorporate all the latest updates. I am going to halt on this until I get that layout and restart it from scratch then.
