Still a good mod. But you're right; only the props and spinner have been modified.

This was by Pen32Win many years ago and based on CV6 USS Enterprise, from 2004 and 2006,so of course it has a lot of old ships in it.In the last 2 days I have updated some ships with Stuart's ships, updated the planes with B24 Guys overhauled ones and FDG Donation ware. All new skins by UT.Makes a big difference. I think Pen32Win was going continue working on these Raids with the Yorktown and Lexington from what I read in one of texts from this campaign.I guess he sent the planes for these missions to Talon because they were on 1 of the discs I got from Hiede,I have updated these planes also.I have found some info on their raids also and have a few missions done for them. AF=Midway.I have some of these missions updated also. I have also added a couple of missions to Coral Sea done...

I have been working on a small project for Pekka Kauppi who is the owner of the cockpit section of the original DC-6 VH-BPH operated by BCPA and after that many others. I did a paint of BPH for FSX and Pekka asked to to give him a hand with it to make it authentic in detail and it was a pleasure to do so. I have uploaded the finished work into the Library under P3D civilian skins. Pekka had tracked down all the original insignias and logos so they are all spot on now. Photos of the proud owner of VH_BPH are included along with its history and the repaint. Six degrees of separation I guess but incredible that not only does Pekka have the restored cockpit but the PMDG sim version of the DC-6 as well. Happy flying Pekka.

YoYo, I sent you a PM.... It's not a great model (I'm working on a better/much more accurate one) but I guess it'll do OK as a static and AI model for now. I re-did the texture mapping and added a cockpit, crew, rocket pods and intake screens and also updated the turret so it now has the proper 20 MM and 40 MM armament.

While I'm sure they'll respond for themselves here soon, I'm afraid that I am partly responsible for the appearance of "Big Radials", in that I encouraged their founder to go for it and build a commercial aircraft for sale on MSFS :) The reason it's possible is down to a combination of decent, hard-working developers communicating and helping each other out, which we've been doing for some time now on a private Discord channel; the tireless assistance of Asobo in helping us learn the SDK and our developing of a Blender exporter for MSFS, which was mostly championed and created by Otmar at Wing 42; and the availability of freeware packages such as Blender, GIMP and others that allow devs to learn without the crippling expenditure that was often required in the past. But it's no easy...

Okay, this is disappointing. I made the purchase for the Aeronca last week, but never received a download link. Sent Thomas a PM, and have yet to hear back. I know it's only $2, but I would have expected at least a response by now. I guess the Ford Tri-Motor I purchased years ago will be the first and the last item I will be using from this developer.

I think that's because it's a modification of the plane already included in the sim.

Any thoughts on this plane? Looks like all of the paints need some weathering. All look factory fresh. -d

That was one of my earliest sceneries where I started building custom buildings and utilizing satellite imagery. I was just getting started on color correction and have often thought the same. . .a bit on the brown side.

That aint no lie.. basically, MSFS IS a repackaged recompiled, slightly modified ( de-clawed ) version of FSX/P3D.. It's frustrating..
