Beautiful work as always Andrew and UncleTgt. Andrew, are using GAUGE_HEADER_FS700 or GAUGE_HEADER_FS800 for the gauges? For the P-40 gauges I customized a gauges.h file to allow the creation of CFS2 gauges which use GAUGE_HEADER_FS750. I'd be happy to send this to you if you want it. Cheers Aussie

Flying Iron is a top notch company with excellent support, I also found the wind noise annoying. The free castering tail wheel is taking some getting used to. This has been a superb aircraft and will purchase any planes they create.

The Japanese have constructed an airfield at Manaoba. The objects are a combination of default MSFS and those of Mark Schimmer from his Solomon Island package.

You should delete this tread Tom, as it links to the Russians.

I'd be happy to take it out for you or just open it up and delete from emitter 8 on down and that takes the splashes out.

It's russian, so under the current circumstances, I don't download russian stuff. Even though the security on my rig is ok and up to date, I don't trust it. We can't be sure what it is the file. I'm actually appalled that these people still have access to platforms like youtube or googledrive. Proof once more that the tech industry has no heart, doesn't care about democracy or the people of Ukraine. Priller

It's FREE, and incredibly well implemented into MSFS, with all of the same effects and functionality as the MSFS/Asobo F-18 (also freeware). Normally I don't go for any military aviation newer than the Korean War era, but I had to check it out.

Looks good. I honestly don't care about the splash effect one way or another because I think flak bursts like that would commonly be at some altitude

I don't think you are missing anything, since the movement of the blades is not directly tied to the movement of the prop control lever. I'll explain. There are basically three type of propellers - fixed pitch, variable pitch, and constant speed. CFS3 doesn't have the ability to model a variable pitch, but I can make one with the RSM. With a fixed pitch prop, RPM is a function of engine power setting, and airspeed (mainly). Go faster, or increase throttle, and you get higher RPM. There is nothing to keep it from getting too high or too low. A variable pitch propeller can change the pitch of its blades, adding a third factor to RPM. Here, the pilot directly controls the blade pitch, and can use that to adjust RPM manually. There is still no automatic system to keep RPM within...
