I'm using Edge. Just tried Chrome - same result. May be a regional thing - I'm trying from the UK? A.

I just checked, it's working for me. It was really slow yesterday, so I don't know if they are having issues or if the server is overwhelmed with unregistered users.

Thanks Milton, your approach does seem to be a good compromise. I think on the Reporter it was inexperience on my part - some of the gauges I put too closely together, whereas others are fine - like my old teachers used to say, I should have paid closer attention :) I think I'll follow your example and make sure that anything with protruding knobs ( such as altimeter, artificial horizon etc ) get the full 3D treatment, the rest just bezels for the surrounds - that way folks should be able to switch things out any way they want.

Access to Avsim yesterday was extremely slow (for me, anyway). Today it's just not there: Anyone else able to access the site? A.

Lol, I have interpreted your posting pretty wrong, cause the signature in your post.(techsupport@roychaffin.com) I thought you were a member of Roy Chaffin's team. And yes you are right, first off all, i have to get the permission of Roy Chaffin and Philippe Wallaert. Ulrich

If you are the system administrator of this resource then you should check the error log for details. Faithfully yours, nginx. For the last few weeks I have noticed Avsim being sluggish, but tonight and last night I get the above. Hope they haven't been hacked again.

Absolutely, greycap! :encouragement: And it's so easy to set up and save in fs2004. The 'sky tower' you describe is indeed awesome, especially with a good cloud/time of day set up. Amazing to fly UNDER the viewpoint and see the aircraft from above...

Glad the AI is working for you and please don'e be embarrassed, we've all been there.:untroubled: The scenery should be placed above any of the ORBX entries. I will check the pier and the Avatar again to see if I have any holes on the platform.

Hello Ivan, Of course... As well as Dped, Aircraft Animator would also be easy and fast to inspect models. I hadnŽt got round to it because IŽve been quite busy with the 2 Russian ones. Looking into it, I noticed what you said about the diamond cross-section. The way of making the tailplane component out of triangles radiating out from the root was quite a usual approach in those days. Personally, I prefer to make the leading edge thicker, so I tend to build them more like a wing, although the resulting airfoil is a bit flatter.

I only did some modifications to the fine work of jagl04. So i think if all is ready, i will send my modifications to him. So he can have a look and if he will agree he could put these models in his next package. Greetings Klaus

It all depends on commercial viability. There are currently two payware B-25s in production. Much as we would like to do one, it would be risky to put something into an already diluted market.:engel016:

Thanks Scott! I occasionally rent a Rift just to get reminded of how good the VR feels. When they release the Hi-res version I will become an owner (and addict probably). I've been using TrackIR which is also quite immersive. Sadly after a recent WIN10 update, it stopped working :dizzy:

I couldn't agree more, mal998. I've always thought a B-25 would be right up AH's alley. It's a gaping hole in our sim right now. Don't want to hijack this thread but I'm glad someone else feels the same way I do! Baz, you create a B-25 and you're guaranteed to get my money. :untroubled:
