Well, you're doing something right if they taxi and take off. As for times, if you use Traffic Tools, all your flight plans will be in GMT regardless of your local time, so you'll need to account for that difference if you're airport is in a different time zone. As for the seasons - I have only one possible clue - daylight savings time. That could throw your times off by an hour, depending on where your airport is. When you don't see a plane getting ready for takeoff when you expect it, try checking one hour earlier or later.

I have a good rattle at the Hun as he crosses to our rear.... ...but next second, there's another 110 rolling onto his back as he swoops down on us. He slides past behind me and gets under my tail before I can even bring my gun to bear.

I get in a good burst at the Hun as he breaks up and away. But any satisfaction is short-lived. On the other side of the formation, another Blenheim is being clobbered. The only consolation is that the crew wastes no time leaping to safety from their doomed aircraft. The 110 takes up station above and behind us...

A few additional pieces were added to this model: Flap Wells, Landing Gear Wells, the Pilot was added a while back. The Supercharger Intake was also moved to the correct side for a Jumo 213 engine. The Flaps themselves are a bit more complicated now. Earlier they were textured the same as the trailing edge of the Wing. That meant that the inside of each Split Flap was the same as the Wing Upper Surface. Those surfaces normally don't carry camouflage paint so this was certainly incorrect. In playing with the propeller animation, I found that this flight model was basically that of a FW 190 with a radial engine. The Jumo 213A that was developed for the Engine Tuning Tutorial was installed in its place and now I am finding that the Propeller is quite inadequate to handle the level...

Here we go! One of the Huns banks right and comes sweeping in. The 110 cuts across astern of us, then rolls in behind me. I reckon I'm his target and rake him with long bursts - there's no point in conserving ammo now! The Hun breaks off and dives away. That'll teach him!

Interesting this gents, thanks for that nugget of info Ian, useful. By the sounds of it H, re-writing the plan allowing for BST settings will do it. We are 1hr behind Europe.....(why in this modern day and age, I'll never know?!!). This year it was the 29th March, clocks went forward 1hr, and will be 25th Oct when clocks go back 1hr, same as yourselves I think. There was talk of scrapping Summer Time in Europe in 2021, which I hope (I know we're 'coming out') we would follow...makes much better sense. Cheers

Seconds later, another attack comes in, from high on the starboard quarter. Ignoring the return fire, the Hun rakes a bomber on that side of the formation... ...then dives away, even as another luckless Blenheim plunges to destruction.

I appreciate flight sim reviews by experienced real world pilots. It's even better when those real world pilots also have plenty of experience with various computer simulators. Looks like I will be building the the most advanced computer I can afford!

I found out today that the T-38C is no longer available for private use (only commercial sales), I fear that with Milviz now being a military contractor that future developments in the military area won't be for public use such as their F-15C, F-16C, C-130J and potentially their SR-71. I hope they won't abandon us in the military enthusiast section of our hobby. Time will tell I guess.

The 110 looks like he's trying for a beam attack and sure enough, that's what he does, just as we start drawing some flak. And it looks like it's me he's after! I get my gun onto him quickly and he breaks off and dives away. I give him another burst, to see him on his way. This seems to have the desired effect! The Hun isn't going down, but it looks like he's had enough of us, at last.

Ten to twelve, ''PS Nudge ,Nudge ,Wink ,Wink any chance of a Dornier Do-217 E-5 in the future ?'' I did say, you have one already. Ted originally did the E4 and E5 versions for CFS2, and that's what these are based on. Yes, these ones are much more detailed and accurate, and although I added some LODs, they are still poly heavy compared to Ted's. TBH I'll see as I've got so many projects, but I'd like to move on. What I will say, if I think/told any of my projects are missed/needed in CFS2 of course I'll do a version for it, could never forget CFS2. The CFS2 Harpoon is an example, for Fs9 there is Milton's superb PV-2, which has been converted to CFS2, but it has no LOD's and is poly heavy. Chris did his, but wasn't worth punting out for Fs9 because of Milton's model, so...

The stricken Blenheim begins to slide out of formation... ...while the victorious Messerschmitt swoops below us, out of our gunners' fields of fire. He hasn't got away unscathed. His victim is clearly doomed. Nobody gets out.

Maybe remove shaders (manually) and rebuild it again by the Sim itself? I saw few topic about this issue on P3D Forum but I didnt have this issue so dont know how to solve it, you can check it here: https://www.prepar3d.com/forum/index.php . Check your saturation slider also in P3Dv5 settings.

Ive never gone into the in's and out's of the story, life is to short :biggrin-new: But i remember a radio broadcast by the historian James Holland, who made a very simple statement on the matter, "Why in gods name would you want to, what would be the point":applause:
