Both apply to Western Port! I've yet to come across a grumpy Fur Seal. And just how deep is 'Deep Mud'?

I just seem to keep handing out lots of Pacific Pesos for extra kit, I collected an A3+ printer and a 'professional' scanner a few weeks ago. At least I can clear my backlog of ancient B&W film. :biggrin-new:

The original (as usual) was simply the best and stayed close to the book. :devilish:

Actually the upper echelons were initially ambivilent re the use of so called 'Foreigners' in the RAF. However, the Poles, Czechs, Free French, Dutch and many others who wished to carry the fight to freeing their homelands proved outstanding members of all three branches of the British services. Sarcastic???? You obviously lack a sense of humour, Australians in the RAF were quite rude when it came to the use of 'Royal', but that's a national trait. :devilish:

I doubt the lack of Microcrud 'Support' for W7 will deter many users to throw up their hands and rush off to load W10. And for various services such as AV, many still cover XP, W7, W8 as well as W10. As I have a complete new build on the way but that's a few months off, I might even consider a first up install of W10 just as a trial exercise. :pirate:

Mr Vink I am finding it extremely difficult not to take issue with your comment based, as it appears to be on second hand and possibly biased information. As for the (sarcastic) use of upper case for the word Royal, if it offends perhaps take the "K" out of KLM. I could say much more but this is not the place. David

Hi; not a multiplayer myself but I thought we had rectified this issue with V 1406, exterior models dated March 2017 or later. Have you got those?

....I believe Rich Palmer is the lead mechanic on that bird. Rich "Primate" Palmer (as we called him then) was my first Flight Sergeant in Civil Air Patrol in Southern California, 1977-78 (when I was 16-17 years old). Whatever he said regarding military discipline, I must have listened. Ended up getting commissioned and doing 29 years (4.5 active, 24.5 reserve) in the USAF. Thanks for everything you did back in the CAP days, Rich! Kent

Think those are Kazunori Ito's that we can't convert to CFS2 as Kazunori Ito dosen't want any his/her models converted to CFS2.

I just uploaded this repaint tonight. It depicts the P-51D N51JB owned/operated by Jim Beasley, Jr., as it appears now in 2019. Back, prior to the 2018 airshow season, the aircraft was stripped, polished, and repainted. Instead of the glossy paint and inaccurate insignia blue upper surfaces it had previously, it is now finished in flat paint and RAF dark green upper surfaces, accurate to the original wartime "Bald Ealge" (which was actually a P-51B). The gun bays were also refinished with yellow zinc chromate. Two versions of the repaint are included - one for "Mustang Tales" and another for the "Restored Part 2" models. This aircraft participated in the USAF Heritage Flight at the Indianapolis 500 today.

Yes, ..... probably an easy fix too. Seems to be linked to the Aircraft configuration pop-up panel only. All other panels are OK and show with full screen.

I've been looking at the stock P-38 model, and came up with this set of effects. Depending on the armament being used in the particular implementation of the model the Pitch for the gun sight reticle needs to be set to either 90.33 (as shown here) or 90.0. The engine effects are moved from the nacelles back to the exhaust from the turbos. <Effect Type="StartEngine0" EffectName="fx_engstrt" PosX="-2.44" PosY="0.75" PosZ="-1.8" Pitch="45" /> <Effect Type="StartEngine1" EffectName="fx_engstrt" PosX="2.44" PosY="0.75" PosZ="-1.8" Pitch="45" /> <Effect Type="StartEngine0" EffectName="fx_engstrt_jet" PosX="-2.44" PosY="0.75" PosZ="-1.8" Pitch="45"/> <Effect Type="StartEngine1" EffectName="fx_engstrt_jet" PosX="2.44" PosY="0.75" PosZ="-1.8" Pitch="45"/> <Effect...

I have always had issues with DCS controller settings. Quite often with new aircraft and existing aircraft I find that the controls are replicated across 3 controllers, joystick, throttle and rudder, and this totally messes up the controls which then have to be manually corrected again. Like you Storm, my backups don't always seem to resolve this.
