Hi Folks, Been down in the vaults and started unearthing some older projects that have sat there for a while. This one is from Chris Lampard, which he left me to finish off etc. As usual a beautiful model from Chris, along with an excellent 2D panel by Papi. In the library now....https://www.sim-outhouse.com/sohforums/local_links.php?action=jump&catid=205&id=30714 Cheers Shessi

I'm having a tough time mapping a control to the nose wheel steering for the IFE F-14. I've tried mapping different switches on either my throttle or stick to the "SET NOSE WHEEL STEERING LIMIT" command as per the manual, but for some reason nothing seems to be working. Anyone else have issues with it?

I have uploaded my copy of the Native FSX Hun. I hope this helps to fill the needs of fans of this Century Fighter. This was the first Fighter I worked on right out of Tech School in 1966 when I was stationed at Wheelus AB, Libya. I thought it was awesome and enjoyed the two years I spent working on it.

We had a discussion not to long ago about the tail markings on the Enterprise Avenger.Remember the Enterprise was basically used for night ops at this time. Here's 2 actual pics of them in 1945 my son found,1 in January and the other March.Notice they are different, one maybe white and the other maybe black,it's tough to tell the actual colors. I am so effing frustrated. I just bought Active Sky addon, hoping that somehow it would miraculously fix my weather problem in MSFS. Unfortunately it did absolutely nothing. I used the app with P3D and loved it. I found areas of the world with severe weather, but when I start a flight there, nothing but clear skies. Damn it! I just sent a email to HiFi Simulations, hoping they can shed some light on this problem. Granted, the problem is not with their app, but getting help from Microsoft might take a LONG time to get a response. I have searched for reports by others for this issue, and although people have had similar problems, the solutions they were given have not fixed mine.

It's great seeing the British carrier in development to go with your Seafires, Mike! I take it you've probably seen this already (lots of great Seafire carrier action):

Here is a list of the contents of the P-51D Panel folder - it's identical to the Panel in the P-51DFT folder. Huub, the only thing I can suggest is to duplicate the Panel with the gauges to all the P-51's. Hopefully, no idea why, it should work! The gauges must be in the Panel folder, not the Model folder.. (I'm sure you did mean the Panel folder) You said 'I'm afraid the fix didn't work for me. The problem persists. I do have the gauges in the models in the CWDT_P-51d folder, but not in the models in the other two folders....'

I had the REX weather app, and I uninstalled it, thinking that was the culprit, but not so. I renamed my Community folder to let MSFS generate a new one. That didn't work either, and resetting the graphics settings in MSFS had no effect. I am at a standstill now, with this problem. Zero clouds, no matter what I select, period. NC
