Not arguing with you there Baz, I was referring to supersonic flight rather than the whole flight model rodeo, which is indeed chaotic compared to what we're used to. But, it can be tamed :) Roy very much dislikes MSFS's flight model, we have some correspondence from time to time about it. Yet, it seems that MS have no intention of changing things all that much so, for now at least, we have to do what developers have always done, and find a way to make it right...

If your selected load-outs don't appear on the model, I'd suggest that you don't have vACMI installed. The choices are either vACMI or TacPack (and we all know that TacPack isn't likely to appear for P3Dv5.x any time soon). You can find vACMI here. Dave

SSI01, at this point I am all out of ideas for correcting the wide turn problem. :banghead: If there is yet another possible fix for this maybe somebody else will make us aware of it.

install in a new folder in a XP up to win7 computer make a copy then you can use it with win10. This is what i,ve been told. Have a cd of the JF-Spitfire package and it does the same thing. Hope this helps. Regards,Scott

Hello So far I have received no reply from SSW. I have re-installed everything including the "hotfix". After playing with the websimconnect I was able to get the tablet to function but the start switch clicks but does not move. Several of the other panels appear non functional as well but most are weapons related so I can live without them. The Aircraft Configuration window allows changes but they don't show on the aircraft and I have not had any success in fixing this. I'll post the information if I get a reply. Hope this helps Warren

While I am working on updating CFS3 BoB MkI with xxxx_FC RAF fighters and the missions, which I hope to put up soon; fighters and missions done but I need to give navigation info and instructions for each mission. I should mention:- I have already done the Lorenz ILS for many Luftwaffe KG and NJG fliegerhorsten, but these, how to make them, what files are needed, and missions, will be in the new TOW 1 (covering late Aug 1940-Aug 1942) install hopefully coming out sometime in the ? Spring. This will also have many knickebein/x-Geraet and NF missions as well. Anyone wanting to make their own N.F. aircraft and is having issues, let me know.

My newest project was an Albatros, but not the one you might expect. I always wanted to add an Albatross D.II in my hangar. And although the Albatros D.II by Gary Aumaugher from aerocrate.com/ isn't perhaps the most sophisticated model, it is the D.II is wanted. In the livery from Manfred van Richthofen when he flew the D.II with Jasta2 Boelcke (As I noticed the wheels and lower surfaces are quite clean, the repaint is not yet ready fro upload.) Exactly. The acceleration profile to get to Mach 3 at FL800 in the SR is very precise and in order for it to be authentic we have to be able to fly that profile realistically. Just going full throttle, pointing it up, and levelling off when you get there wasn't the way it was done or even could be done. Another example is that the speed limitation on the bird isn't mach but inlet temperature. So that's got to be calibrated properly. Lots of details! Our SR isn't ready till our pilot advisor signs off on it so it's not so easy to cut corners!
