I wonder if any of you all know the folks at Vertigo. I made a purchase yesterday that got fouled up. Sent a ticket and haven't heard back. Before I cancel paypal can anyone reach out to Vertigo for me? Thanks, slacker

Marcel, Apologies for any confusion! What I was attempting to point out was that whilst the outboard stub on the FlyingIrons MK.IX is there and in the correct place, it is not hemispherical as it should be, as can be seen in the first picture I posted (which actually is of a MK.Vc - AR501), and in those pictures of the MK.IXs that you posted. (As you probably know, the 'e' armament wing deleted the 4 x 303 inch machine guns, and had a 0.5 inch machine gun mounted inboard of the cannon, whilst the Hispano MK.II cannons where mounted outboard of the 0.5, and further back, hence the shorter fairing for the cannon and blister further back on the upper wing). The reason I posted the pictures of the 'e' wing cannon arrangement was to show how FlyingIrons has appeared to have...

So, I load the aircraft, and I get the first screen appearing. The outside view is as shown in the second screen. I don't bother connecting to the vACMI server -- as shown in the first screen. I then switch to 'windowed' mode and call up the configurator. I select fuel and weapons and select "Apply". Close the configurator. Notice that nothing has changed on the aircraft. This is as expected. You won't see any changes until you take the sim out of 'pause'. When you do -- you should get this (or whatever your chosen configuration is): I hope this helps.

Very impressive!!! Did you all this only with library objects? That looks pretty consistently and high detailed. Your skills regarding dynamic lighting usage are getting better and better - Good job :applause:

You probably have a duplicate xpd file lurking somewhere. I occasionally find that I have an entire duplicate aircraft install lurking inside another aircraft's folder structure that got dropped there by mistake. Typically if I do a windows search for the file described in the warning dialog it roots out the problem for me.

A bit quiet on that front, but I found out that Safir is on Justflight inventory! So, if this fails there is a lifeboat waiting.

Hi Paul, Confused what you are trying the say: - First picture is not from a "V", the "V" marks had the "3 outlet system" for the engine. Real-life a lot of the Mk IX's have the cannon and the other "stub" on the outside, as predicted on the model:

Hi, First, SAGQ is a acronym for Service Aerien du Gouvernement de Québec (Aerial Service of Quebec Gouvernement). Ten years ago Olivier FAIVRE, designer of the Hydro'Z for X-Plane 9, gave me his sources so that I could wear his Catalina under FS9 and FSX. The project started slowly with a lot of worries (find the best format to convert Blender 2.49 files to Gmax) and in 2013 the well advanced project had to be shelved for personal reasons. The aircraft at that time was working in degraded mode but was usable under Prepar3D. Animations in the VC (gauges) was the only part not realized. In November 2020, after a year occupied to learn Blender 2.8, I decided to use what I had gathered as knowledge to tackle the transfer of my data about this aircraft to MSFS. After 3 months...

I have had many pleasant hours in the IRIS GEX with this CRJ panel - very nice freeware. You should find however that the AI Gulfstream with the G650ER air.cfg mods (I posted on the other thread) should outperform the Global Express XRS, as in real life.
